I’m not sure why there are many low ratings here. I think the service is good. After dropping off my package, they delivered it quite quickly. The female worker is kind and helpful. The closing time at 8:30 PM is also very convenient.

CLEARLY TELL YOU FLASH EXPRESS IS THE WORST AND UNRELIABLE COURIER IN MALAYSIA.

SHOPEE PURCHASE
First time out for delivery, the courier claimed that they unable to contact the recipient, which they never contact me at all and never appear at my door step.

Second time out for delivery, they courier called me and said they do not have long vehicle to send the parcel/goods that I purchased. And asked me to collect myself, i told them i do not have long vehicle also and the courier claimed that I requested to reschedule the delivery. The courier acted very unhappy and replied me "Never mind". Guess what, unsucessful attempts trick is coming.

Third time out for delivery, the courier still claimed that they unable to contact the recipient, which they never contact me at all again and never appear at my door step. On the same day and timing, we are at home and other parcel is able to be delivered. Only this particular long parcel, the courier do not have long vehicle and playing tricks end up the courier do not need to deliver and return to seller due to unsuccessful attempts.

LOUSY COURIER that I ever encounter. Not reliable, waste time.

I don't understand, how they manage their courier, the parcel at sorting facility kulai then delivery hub JB but pass again to sorting facility kulai n now at my area delivery hub but still not deliver...too many places, from tumpat- Terengganu - Klang - kulai - JB - kulai - my area
