worst. semalam hantar jam 11.30 am parcel shopee. dah tanya jnt/shopee xpress boleh ke, staf jawab boleh. smpi mlm tengok dlm sistem tiada update. pagi ni terpaksa datang semula, tanya. staf boleh kata sini xd jnt courier. what a waste time. staf boleh terus call kami kata tiada. not been delay like this. so we can come pick up terus petang smlm, bukan peram smpi 24 jam.

Overall was okay my only issue was the space. But understand that damansara rental must be crazy so they take small space only. But when all the parcels came in together from all sorts of company it will look full n messy. But nevertheless the services from the staff is great n very helpful. One of the best MBE hubs I've ever been to

Revised June 3rd, 2025. Extremely rude young man who is incompetent, incapable, and racist towards Americans. My wife and I have previously sent back using FedEx several times and the previous young lady who worked there was amazing.

This time around, it was a disaster. I will never used this company again. Luckily FedEx is just across the street.
