Arrogant staff and lazy to work. Had a lot of parcels that not yet scanned in front, I asked if they can help to scan MINE ONLY so that I can collect all together. They gave excuses that the boss who responsible for scanning parcels in not there. Nevermind, then I asked if they can contact the boss and ask when will come back to shop, I'm willing to wait. Guess what, they say cannot contact the boss... Since I didn't see him call the boss, I asked did you really call your boss? Then they show me faces and says "cannot scan cannot scan" What a arrogant and lazy attitude of working!

Staff is so good and friendly . 1 star for late store opening. parcel is out for delivery and the item is scanned at 11pm must took the next day. the item expected to deliver today but delayed, we are going to bring it outstation. the service quite bad on that but staff is friendly and we need a fast-paced. Wanted to return a parcel. I selected this location on the shopee app for the first time. I went to drop it off at 4pm and they said the courier already came to pickup the return parcels earlier and I'm too late, and I'm not allowed to just leave the parcel there for the courier to pick it up the next day (which is what i usually do at my usual parcelhub). If you have a set time for return parcels to be dropped off, maybe state it somewhere Don't make your customers go through the trouble and waste their time. Its not like I went very late, 4pm is still within office hours.

I gave this star because they do a good job. Just give them or told the pin number each your parcel to collect. They arrange the parcel follow by the pin code . So please be ready before go there. If your dad or mom dont know how to tell them, just helping them. Dont let them go by themselve. Please bos, at least have partime there

Servis staff very good, cepat je collect barang. Mantapp
