If I can give negative star review, I will do it, but the least can be given is 1 star. I went today, and the supervisor was very rude, Indian man. When I asked for a pen, he directly replied rudely that I should bring my own pen. So is he meant that if I don't have a pen, I shouldn't post it here? A stupid rule, then they have lost a lot of customers. I send a lot of parcel, and he rudely asked me if I have money or not. And directly implied that I look like I don't have money. I kept on informing him that it's okay, I can pay all the fees. But Is this how you should treat your customer ? I felt disrespect even though I look young, it doesn't meant that I don't have money. I've been to Airpak in Nilai before this, the person who mends the counter was very nice and I feel satisfied with the service. This is my last time going to Batu Caves Airpak. Poor services!! I've read a lot of complaints in Google review, I personally think that this matter will be brought to higher up and action will be taken. Thanks

The worst courier service that Malaysia has to offer. None of the helplines they provided on their website work and were 'out of service', and the ones that did pick up were extremely rude and dismissive, when all I'm trying to figure out is why my parcel is undelivered.
