Perniagaan yang tidak bertanggungjawab langsung!!! Appointment untuk perkhidmatan lori untuk pindah rumah telah ditetapkan tapi bila hari kejadian lori tak sampai. Tak jawab call, tak reply whatssap.... Telah menyusahkan banyak pihak dan company terus berdiam diri. Sangat kurang ajar !!!!

They quoted an extra RM200 to dismantle and assemble an IKEA PAX wardrobe, claiming it required a professional. Not sure what they meant by "professional" when they brought in two Bangladeshis who looked as confused as deer in the headlights. They managed to ruin the ceiling fan and the hanger insert. Also, lorry provided was dirty and stained the boxes and my house floor.

Booking process was easy, arrived on time and employees were polite and removed items effectively.

Zaoul and the team were excellent. I grossly underestimated how much stuff we had, but they were prepared for it. They advised on exactly what needed wrapping and why. They did an amazing job. They worked tirelessly and efficiently to move everything we own from our old house to a new apartment. A really great team. I hope never to move house again, but if I do, I’ll be calling them!

Staff they assigned always complaining my house small hard to carry thing..then rushed thing and bising "saya ada job lain ni saya buang banyak masa kat rumah abang" from start to end complain only..he think he do sumbangan ikhlas? i pay Rm 1,060 for the service..then before never said anything when i show them tv. on moving day suddenly must have tv box to carry and refuse to bring my tv. use 5 tan lorry still i have to bring thing myself..if u get company from Gemax Resource please avoid.

I saw bad review 2 weeks ago. I decided to find out and I knew Im taking a risk but I wanted to give them a chance. They came do site visit for free. I asked for cheapest one single trip only at 1100 as I already packed my stuff. During moving day they came even earlier than promised, well packed everything and let me choose the priority item and they stack it nicely making full use of the lorry. I was so happy trusting my gut and trusting them was a good move. 3 times move past this 3 year and this is the best, fastest, no frills no talk nonsense no complain, most careful, shared all tips we need to know and veeeery friendly. He was right that single trip would fit all the furniture but to move all may require 2 or 3 trips to which I was ok with single trip and move the rest myself. I then order lalamove and lalamove lorry screwed me but oh well. Cant expect for everything to go nice and smooth but listen you all if u want to move.. go for alviz biz resource. Im not kidding This is not paid for kind of comments. i have enough money since I am a cheap guy 😂😂😂
