Bodoh lembab hilang sabar maaf cakap!! Suka simpan barang lama2 bila call tak angkat stupid update 24tarikh kat app tapi tak dtg jugak simpan barang customer 3,4 hari so bad!! Tutup jelah cawangan you!

if there is a zero or negative star option, I'll defenitely put on that!
Never come to pick up and they can write attempt fail. Phone number written on Shopee is just a decoration, nobody pick up at all!! it is like scammer more than courier service.

They never attempted delivery at all but the status said out for delivery and attempt unsuccessful THREE TIMES but they never attempted any delivery at all. I called all their hotline number more than 10 times. I called all numbers provided by shopee and on the internet. And they didnt pick up at all. I even went to the office and they didnt even want to search for me and provided me a number to call and told me to call that number. But again they did not pick up at all then i just went home to wait. At night my parcel was marked delivered to a random dude named ryan like? Who is ryan lol

I won’t use this company again next time. It’s so expensive and it takes a long time to arrive. Remember to check the customer’s information next time，stupid！！

Very very very bad courier service ever. Delivery not on time. Delay for almost a week. Worst part is the parcel was not delivered at all and the tracking system shown delivered. The POD is also not valid at all.

Worst branch, staff is rude, called them to ask to check if whether my parcel is there, one of the lady who attend the call shouted , NO YOUR PARCEL IS NOT HERE NO NO!!! I didnt even finish my word tht time. Stupid stupid and stupid
