I want to complain my experience today in Taman Muda branch. There is one malay female staff was very rude. She was teaching a new staff in using the system. I asked for asisstance she told me to "WAIT" I waited awhile, she just ignore me. I went inside and seek for another male Malay staff, he asked me to go in front and asked from the rude lady. I went back in front, she show as if that she has been disturb and asked me loudly" apa you mau"!....... Is that the way you serve customer? tell customer to wait while you were doing internal work. and even so rudely ask what do I want ! Come on I walk in to buy things not minta sedekah! What kind of manners is that? If you think customer is bothering you for business come to you, then I think she should quit and go home and ask the husband-APA YOIU MAU !

Ini hq kan hyper pets centre. Bagaimana pihak korang ajar staff pasal customer service? Zero...harini 17hb 2..saya beli di hyoerpets cawangan sri gombak..pasir 5 beg..mknn 2 kilo...sorg cashier...2 @3 org staf lelaki...tp bila nak angkat barang..semua buat bodo..fine...dan saya angkat sendiri..tp pintu dahla automatik tutup...2 3 kali saya keluar msuk angkat..sorg pun xde nak tahan pintu...tolong ajar sikit
