staff are not friendly at all. they do nothing seeing you entering, not try to assist. but they were nice to the chinese customer there 😃. this is not a "one time" thing, i had go there few times already. very dissapointing.

Overall experience here good, environment acceptable similar to any big pharmacy store. Staff is okay. Also friendly. Price affordable👍🏻 We got promotion deals and more cheaper then other pharmacy's. As example is supplement , medication and others thing at big pharmacy more cheaper better than other store's over here

the good service for big pharmacy segamat's staff. they reply my whatsapp so fast and helped me to delivery medication to my friend at Uitm. The price include the delivery charge very reasonable. Thank you to big pharmacy segamat's staff 👍👍👍❤️ With their help, my friend now better from migrain. Thank you also give presciption about the medication
