I am very angry because this truly wasted my time.
I’m completely speechless.
This morning, I bought a 3-layer rack from your Megalong store.
When I paid, I checked with your staff to ensure all the parts were complete.
While I was assembling the 3-layer rack from bottom to top, I discovered that out of the four poles that were supposed to be installed at the top, two of them had holes that didn’t align properly. So, right away, I took pictures and videos as proof for an exchange later.
When I arrived at your store, I showed the receipt, pictures, videos, and returned the two faulty poles to your staff.
However, your staff asked me to also bring the half-assembled rack for the exchange.
I do understand that when we want to make an exchange, the item usually needs to be brought in.
But please think—if it was a rack we bought from your store, are we really expected to hire a lorry just to bring it back
I am very dissatisfied. This has seriously wasted my time and petrol just to come to your store for a simple exchange.
Even then, your staff didn’t allow the exchange. They asked me to bring the half-assembled rack.
Please, to your management—use some common sense.
I brought the receipt, the photos, the video, and the faulty parts as proof.
And yet, I was still asked to go back and carry the entire rack to your store?
Isn’t this enough proof that the rack was purchased from your store and that the part is clearly faulty?

Should mistakes from your store really be the customer's responsibility to bear?
Wasting time, wasting petrol—how is that fair to the customer?

The second branch of Warehouse.
Went to the second day of opening. Big numbers of crowds. A lot of items that you can find here from basic household to kitchen utensils, clothings, stationaries, electrical, camping stuff and even more. Air-conditioner work very well although we know that ‘Megalong’ itself had a bad reputation regarding air-conditioner and escalator issue.

Price wise for me is quite okay, definitely cheaper than shopping mall. However I did not purchase anything from the place. Maybe i’ll update my review on the quality of the items if I buy anything in the future.

Whats great about the second branch is that there is play zone for parent and kid to rest! Awesome, very considerate 👍🏻

So far so good. Big space and hopefully they will bring more nicer and unique items into the store. Keep it up!

I went there on Sunday. Do Expect for crowd. Really lot of people. I suggest go on weekday if you want to avoid crowd. The space is good, not narrow. Just the crowd make it difficult to go around and toddler running around unattended. Gosh! Well organised and comfortable for shopper. Not hot, because there is aircond plus fan. There is mini playground for kids. No fee needed. Just make sure you, as a parent to look after your own kid. That mini playground pax with children mix match ages. Some are rough to other kid, some parent didn't look after their kid. There is toilet. But it is blocked during my time. All shit and pee not flushed, water flowing out. Varieties of choices, the prices is same like other warehouse. Just rm5-rm10 rigggit cheaper than other places or buy online. That it! 😊

1. dorang tidak terima screenshot member tapi tiada line di kedai dorang. kalau sudah ambil RM 50 untuk member kasi free access wifi la untuk semua. ni line lambat masih mau memilih mau pilih screenshot ataupun bukan
2. sy faham ada staff baru. tapi jangan kasi biar customer macam menunggu lama. please interract. ada dua orang di cashier. satu tu senior pun tidak mau interract dengan customer.

I visited the store recently and noticed that although there are three counters available, only one was open. The other staff members appeared more interested in chatting and using their phones rather than assisting customers. It gave an impression of poor service coordination. However, I would like to commend the cashier named Vinda, who stood out for being friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire experience.

Harga tag lain, harga bila scan di kaunter lain. Kalau dlm tag harga member, kenapa tidak tukar lepas tu dlm tag tu tiada lagi tulis harga member ka apa.. kesian lah orang yg first time beli sana, belum-belum lagi kena scam tag
