First time rented a car from TL Car Rental, Miri. Mr Eric is very prompt to respond to any queries. Puntual to deliver the car at the airport. Good car condition with full tank petrol. Mr Eric is reliable & helpful. He even gave us a free parking booklet. Highly recommended & will definitely return to hire a vehicle from him for future trips. Thank you Mr Eric.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent a car in Miri, the easy booking process was made through WhatsApp (fast response time). We made a last minute request to extend the car for another day without problem. Just note that they do have extra charges if you take the car slightly out of town. All in all, good experience and do consider renting a car to experience Miri better!

My first time renting a car from TL Car Rental and I can understand all the 5* ratings! The car was new and clean with parking coupons and an umbrella provided. There was no deposit required and the fee was the cheapest I could find. I could even use credit card to pay on the spot. No hassle in collecting and returning the car. Will definitely rent from TL Car Rental again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent visit back to Miri to see my family really deserves one. I rented a car from TL Car Rental, and the experience was amazing! Excellent service — the car was delivered on time, came with a full tank, and even had a parking coupon ready. Such a great idea, especially when you’ve just arrived and don’t have time to refuel or look for a coupon. Very professional and reliable. I’ll definitely rent from them again the next time I’m in Miri. Highly recommended!

Good experience booking with Mr Eric of TL Car Rental Miri. Quick responses, uncomplicated. Considering that I got a car rented (for next day pickup) between 3:17 pm and 3:53 pm all on Whatsapp while I was in the midst of boarding the plane for Miri… whereas bigger giants like Hertz and Avis (whether directly or via Klook) either took forever to respond or in the end had no car to provide or did not even pick up the phone when you call what’s supposed to be their direct number. For last minute rentals, TL Car Rental will be the service you’ll want to go with.

Note that perhaps for last minute rentals, the car available in the end may not be the exact model that was agreed on (ours ended up being an older model with a slightly rocking driver’s seat). Payments are either by cash or bank transfer only, no credit cards.

Otherwise, all good, will use Mr Eric’s service again!
