这间DHL关店吧 货到了一个星期才开始安排发货 然后连续三天显示out for delivery到今天还没有收到货 送货地点仅仅15分钟去的路程 搞什么 甚至还显示无法送货到底是什么问题 从来没有遇过那么差的送货公司

DHL = Dua Hari Lambat eh?

1st day they failed to attempt because we are not open, so 2nd day i waiting at the office for the important document, and managed to contact customer service for the delivery guy number, so i called and he told will deliver in about 10mins, after 1hr waiting i contacted again, and this time he apologised and said need self pick up at depot, while your tracking system shows it out for delivery

Won't blame the delivery guy but why tracking system shows fault info? I can't believe this is DHL, oh my gosh! 🤦‍♂️ 🤦‍♂️ 🤦‍♂️

I seriously hope no more drama will happen when my boss go pick up the document, 👍 to delivery guy as he very polite but 👎👎👎👎👎 to your management

Knn purchased an item on shopee first time kena like this, sent an item to someone wrongly and somemore got proof You sign on ur own is it And guess what dont even make a call just throw on floor and take picture for proof, so bravo man.. Easy job take monthly gaji tapi buat macam babi.. o0o

worse delivery service ever. they keep my parcel for 3,4 days without any movement. i had to forced them to allow me to self collect.
