Sangat2 lah trpaling bad service .. orang sudah bayar postage sila hantar parcel dirumah pelangan bukan selfcollect or letak dekat rumah orang pastu kena self collect juga .. apa function postage dibayar!!! Sangat tidak bertimbang rasa

8/2/25 (Saturday) I experienced poor customer service due to the bad attitude of the staff. If you make a mistake, please apologize instead of blaming the customer. They asked me to pick up my package even though it clearly stated doorstep delivery. What's the point of paying for shipping if I still have to pick it up myself? Do not recommend this courier service especially in the Samarahan area. For those who want to buy online, please ask the seller to use a different courier than this one. Thank you.

My bad reviews always give to you, dear KEX Express 🙂 The parcel already shipped to Kuching on 17/12/2024 and the status not updated at all. Email to the customer service many times and don't want to reply. Finally they replied: the parcel is under customs clearance and they don't know how long it needs to take for the custom clearance finish.

Hahahahaha. Custom clearance for one week, today 23/12/2024 still no news... Said they don't have access to the parcel right now... Is ur express to noob until the customs clearance don't want to do for you is it The parcel is from KL to Kuching, not for China to Kuching, the clearance should not be takes so long. Hopefully that's not ur reason only lah ok 🙂

Abx tok Nang memang tak ada runner kakenak perlu ambil sendiri..pergi Sana Nanti ada juga pekerja sia..kenak sik mau hantar brg customer..pelik jua..sik kedak kex btu9..memang menyusahkan customer..peram barang customer Sampai 3 hari..leaps 3 hari bru cht customer suruh ambil sendiri..padahal kta cek Sedang delivery...

Existed in Google Maps doesn't mean existed on time operations hours, closed permanently even better, nuisance me and others only just to pick up the parcel, I will always remember this place as the most worse courier services ever had in Kota Samarahan, come there at time just wasting the time and energy if you far to get there, my advice to all receiver that being victim of this courier services(especially KEX EXPRESS) , just burn them with complaint form either from e-commerce platform or at website, or just refund if you seeing this courier service, they will ask you to pick your parcel, and just don't hoping for more because they are not dependent, snail claim to be Express, drop your "EXPRESS", replace with "SNAIL".

Bad delivery services. Item received in poor condition. Packaging was already ripped out once I received ky parcel. Seems like my item was being scratched to hard surfaces.
