I regularly drop off parcels at this location and the overall experience has been excellent. They support a wide range of courier services, which is super convenient for someone managing multiple deliveries. Scanning is fast, staff are efficient, and parcels are always processed on time.

One of the biggest plus points is that even the lorries pick up on time, so it’s easy to plan and budget the last drop-off of the day. This is especially helpful when handling large volumes or running an online business.

The only drawback is the parking — it can be quite difficult to find a spot, especially during busy hours. But apart from that, everything else runs smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient drop-off point.

Management please reflect your collect and pick up system. Never experienced such a worst parcel hub and this will be the last time I visit here. How dare you ask a customer to search for their parcel by themselves on the rack, by just giving the information on which layer of the rack? The layer is too high for a female to reach, and there are like 50 parcels on that layer to search from. This flow setup makes no sense to customers, while staffs were just sit and wait for their customers to pass them the parcel to scan. No offence to the staff, but the system.

包裹严重损坏不能索赔就算了，现在直接连信息都一直不回复（以前是有什么事情询问当天就会回复信息，现在是几个星期都不要看我的信息），即使不是你们的问题，也不用这样无视我的信息吧，简直就是心虚！

if u choose this pick up point, u actually have to "self collect" which means the staff will only tell you which rack ur parcel is on and you have to find your own parcel...

遇过最差的经验，噩梦
～要求马上scan他们说他们是5点一次过scan的
～要求他们chop sign，他们说他们只有chop没有sign（怕负责任）
～回去过后从5.05pm搜查包裹到6pm还是下落不明
～打电话完全没有接听
～打算去拿回包裹，这里写7pm关but去到才6.15就已经关门了

Antparcel Hub Alma Bukit Mertajam has been absolutely infuriating! My package from Malaysia to Singapore weighs only 1.7kg, but they charged me for 3kg. When I questioned them, they gave some excuse about putting all parcels into a box, but when I received mine, there was no box at all! To make things worse, their staff were incredibly rude, telling me to use another courier company instead of addressing their blatant mistake. They refuse to admit their fault and are overcharging customers for no valid reason. This is outrageous!

说是装了箱子，还说盒子体积大，说仓库用刚刚好的箱子了
今天收到包裹 我真的很诧异
箱子就在哪里呢？隐形了吗？

my first time experiencing search my parcel by my own 😂 very worst tersilap choose pick up place . lmbt gile derong respond dh lah I tunggu 12 minute dkt sana sampai staff respond tngk ii serve Chinese dulu baru pandang org lain 👏🏻👎🏻. you need improvement in your behaviour and the service too ! sorry to say im so disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻.

Never seen such a lazy staff before. The Chinese girl staff is so lazy and have tulan face when I go to this shop. I want to collect my parcel from shopee since I deliver it to this shop and the girl just asked me to find it myself since I choose to self collect in this shop. She just continue to eat her food at her place without even finding the parcel. However the male staff is good as he helped me to find the parcel after that. Not coming back to this shop again.
