I paid RM83 — quite expensive — just to receive this kind of poor service. They claimed to have attempted delivery but called the wrong number and never sent an email to notify me. I waited an entire week with no updates.

I eventually went to their office myself, only to find out the parcel had been handed over to another delivery company — and no one informed me. Even after that, I had to keep calling the next day just to track down where my parcel was. No communication, no responsibility.

It's full of crap when I see the review saying they pick up the phone in first place. I have been calling for several days and no one pick it up. My item has arrive since 3rd of Sept and yet no one have send it or give me a call. I can collect if no one really can handle it. My piece of advice to the mgmt, please coordinate with your staff. Train them well.
