This company dont even deserve a star . Parcel send out from KL on monday, till friday i still havent received it. Call their office also nobody pick up. Your staff sleeping during office hour is it?
I also dont know why KL company use this courier service. Even poslaju is 10x better than this dont know what company😅

Lazy staff? Worst receptionist of all courier companies. Cannot understand the word "emergency". I even said I'd pick up the parcel myself instead of asking them to deliver to my door. Then, they dragged my time till they're going to have their day off, which I could have taken my parcel earlier! Wouldn't want to give any star, but it's the minimum requirement for writing a review.

it deserve 0 star. its been a week my parcel with them. after 1 failed attempt to delivery they didnt event try to contact or redelivery. when contacted their customer service, they tell me having issue with the address as their deliveryman didnt know the address. after that, no news, no feedback or no update at all. this courier really suck. please avoid using their services.

Unacceptable service. Parcel arrived and sits in their warehouse for few days still not planning to deliver. Reason given is they did not schedule to send out the parcel yet and requested me to remind them again in the morning as they may forget to deliver. The worst courier company we have encountered. Not professional and no SOP at all. Not even worth the 1 star

NOT Reliable
I sent my Parcel to your warehouse on 29th Sep (Sat) I m fine with you put in as 1st Oct (Mon) arrived at KK Hub. But you were keeping my parcel until 4th Oct (Thu) didn't deliver to my receiver (Ranau). I have to call and you were given me an answer of because not everyday going there!!!! What a shame of the answer? Express? I can't accept it! At least you can tell me in the very beginning that you won't be able to deliver until your driver is going there. So that I can go to other Express to send it. With that info I actually will appreciate of your honesty and your services. But you are irresponsible and not reliable at all. I m very disappointed which previously I was given 4 stars to you. Take care and here my last of using your service. By Monday if my parcel still there I will collect back and the $ you can just keep it as my fareware to you. Sad... but moving on. Bye~

Staff maybe busy untuk jawab call but if you cek your parcel status sudah sampai, then you can come and collect your parcel here. the staff will help u to trace and give your item, if u live nearby better come & collect on your own hehe

U deserved non of the star at all where my parcel arrived kk hub on 3rd April. Until today 8th.i don't get anything. I paid other courier which same cost like you. Thy arrive me on time 1 to 2 days only.. Wth . No recomnended at aal. N thy told me the driver seldom pass by my area. WthellWt

The items were sent from Penang on the 15th, and according to the tracking service it reached kota Kinabalu on the 19th. It is now the 29th and the items has not been delivered still. Not recommended. This delivery service is the worst so far and does not even deserve a star (or the name "express").
