NOT EVER RECOMMENDED
I wont ever come back to this courier service again. Very very rude staff. Especially the Chinese lady and the Indian lady. Shouting to customers as if they dont want business.
Today i wanted to post a parcel, it was quiet big. As soon as i entered the premise, the Chinese lady with a rude tone shouted 'apa mau'
Hello lady what do u expect me to do there while carrying that big parcel.
And she continued to shout 'mau hntr mana?', ' ini apa?', 'mana tempat?' and doesn't even have the patience to listen to my answer.
Yes i wanted to send a frame, but where is your manners, no need to shout that u cant take the parcel although i have wrapped it safely.
Why do you all wanted to run a business, when you get so irritated to get a customer? The Chinese lady with mood swing shoutings can easily chase away customers.
Luckily i posted my parcel in a different courier service, who talks well and even offered additional bubble wraps for the parcel for safety purpose.

P.s. to the BBB Boss, if you want your business to run well and grow , hire staffs who treats and talks to customers well.. not like this 2 menopause mood swing ladies, shouting and irritated to see customers. Maybe you can provide training on how to deal with customers to your staff...

This is my first and last stepping into your premise. WORST AND SPOILS PEOPLE'S DAY.

Guna servis dia tapi dia sub parcel kita ke pos laju..charge rm16. Padahal kalau pos laju harga pos tak sampai pun rm16(dah check dengan post laju) post out 11 mac barang sampai 17 mac. Jenuh trace rupanya sampai guna parcel pos laju. Courier service ni scam makan duit orang ke macamana ya

The driver very very rude and no manners, the management ignored my message directly and nobody apologies.

The seller used this express to send me parcel again, I have no choice. But I'm sure will never buy things from the seller if they use BBB.

3 hari perap barang duk dekat Taiping x gerak langsung..tak sampai kelantan lagi tu.. nanti sampai kelantan berapa lama pulak nak perap🤦🏻‍♀️patut kena tanya seller dulu guna courier apa..nyesal plk x tanya 🙃seller pon xde bagitau barang nk guna urgent
