Avoid at all cost,
Barang saya beli dari Shoppe waiting for 2 weeks plus utk sampai Msia.. bila sampai kat Ipoh, dapat kat tgn Best Express ni, dia peram for another few days.. lagi sekali check, parcel tu kena return sebab statusnya kita yg taknak received parcel. WTH!!!! Saya everyday kat rmh, constantly check CCTV utk parcel ni bila status tukar ke 'out for delivery'..!!!! Number provided ni tipu je. Saya dah placed order awal utk sampai before Raya!

Really bad, shopee tidak patut ambil company ini sebagai rakan penghantaran, call, text semua tidak jawab, status barang sentiasa "not enough time to deliver ", peliknya dekat sangat dengan rumah, nak collect kedai sentiasa tutup, nak hubungi tiada orang jawab.

Why de heck deliver at night?

No wonder unsuccessful delivery the truck is doesn't even move yet lmao

Just lucky at the time arrive the shop was closed. I'll be coming again to claim I'm done with this courier.

The delivery is slower than a sloth. The goods have been delivered to the store for 4-5 days and still haven't been delivered to the destination. It's better to just close the store and stop doing it.

Dear Best seller who give training for the franchise/branches employee. Please provide education training about how to stick a fragile sticker and A live pokok sticker with the arrow sign how it meant to stick. Such basic knowledge in logistics your front liner cant even do it right plus want to talk back loudly to the customer? Talking loudly doesnt mean right. No knowledge means no knowledge. Hired for how long, the front liner been wrong all day and all times.

And i will observe how long the parcel will reach as well as any damages on the parcel. If my customer show me the parcel is damaged or committed arrived but didnt. This gonna be my first time using your company and the last.
