Servis sgt teruk. Kena cari sendiri dlm kotak besar. 2x kena memunggah sendiri kotak besar tu belek 1 persatu barang tapi tak jmpa. Staf pmpuan hanya duduk depan pc, sikit pun tak tanya atau bantu.rupa2nya ada 2 tempat utk no tracking to, my parcel kat tempat lain. Kenapa tunjuk 1 tempat je? Sistem camni sangat merisikokan kecurian barang customer lain sbb siapa2 yg bongkar kotak tu bole amik barang org lain. Tak selamat langsung.setakat tulis pin no sendiri dlm buku, check pun tidak. sapa2 pun boleh masuk ambil/curi barang. Staf pmpuan tu, nak kerja buat cara keja la.dah la muka tak mesra langsung.

Haha. Aku rasa staff kat sini overwork dan tak dpt byaran setimpal kot. Hare kene cari brg sendiri, tkde nk cek/confirmkn btul kita punya brg ke apa. Kalau mcm ni leh report kpdn perak ke apa hahaha

Ade ke parcel suruh customer cari sendiri. Ape benda laa. Kalau barang hilang sape nak tanggung Korang nak tanggung ke Ajar la staf tu cara arrange parcel customer. Kalau tak nak buat khidmat mcm tu,, ttup je service as tempat collect parcel. MEREPEK JE CARA LAYAN CUSTOMER!!!

Good location. Staffs are ok. During peak period, might have a bit of difficulty in locating the parcel. You will need to find yourself, but you will find it.

The service needs major improvement.

Firstly, the parcel collection system is very insecure—anyone can just enter the pin and take a parcel without proper confirmation. There's no system to verify the rightful recipient.

Secondly, it's frustrating that customers have to search through parcels on the floor and in boxes one by one. This is highly disorganized and time-consuming.

Lastly, the staff is not helpful and often displays unwelcoming facial expressions (buat muka). Definitely not a pleasant experience

The collection system here is horrible. I had to dig into a box full of parcels to find mine. Couldn't find it even after taking out all the parcels from the box. So, I left my phone number and asked the staff to find my parcel n call me once it is found. But, it has been a few hours and I have not heard from them. I guess I have to just forget about it and wait for it to be declared as not collected and reorder it. Definitely I will never ever choose to collect from here again. I have collected from other collection centres before and all were very systematic. Unless this place upgrade their collection procedure/system, pls avoid using their service.

A little update - I received a WhatsApp text saying that my parcel has been found... It took them 4 hours to find it. But, will I use their service again? No, thank you.

Went to collect my orders and every time was told by staff to search for myself. One time the girl showed me her angry face but when I asked her why she was angry as it's her job to get the items for me. She said she wasnt angry but she was very tired!! Was served by another girl on a different day and she too was not happy when I said I won't search for items myself as I didn't want to make a mess whilst searching and there were so many items to go thru.
Every time I go there the staff are just sitting looking at computers. They just have to check the PINs and tell customers to search for themselves at the allocated boxes.
Though self collection is cheaper than home delivery customers still have to pay so it's not a free service and this centre expects customers to look for items themselves.
Terrible service!!!
