I came here 3 times for different parcel during their operating hour but they closed without any notices. photo was taken at 7:30pm on Thursday, for the 3rd time.

Very helpful staff and treat each and every parcel despite the vast number of parcels being sent everyday with the utmost respect and attention especially if there is a delay or something happens. Great follow ups and definitely feels comforting to know that someone would help to follow through. Excellent service 5 stars !

Friendly and Professional staff. The staff here are always smiling and ready to help. They are also very professional and know how to handle every question with patience.
The store also very accessible, has sufficient parking space, and most importantly, is always clean and tidy. It's a pleasant experience overall.

Operating hours not updated on Google and Shopee. Went on a Sunday afternoon around 1.45pm, saw it was closed and thought they went on lunch break. Turns out they operate until 1pm on Sundays, when Google and Shopee says 9pm.

Yang mana bagi bad review tu saya cadangkan ban je mereka. Tak salah saya shopee benarkan self collection point untuk ban customer kan? Ke hanya untuk customer yang terlepas waktu ambil parcel je? Saya kurang arif. Apapun dapat kurangkan jumlah que dimasa hadapan. Haha..

Slow service due to lack of staff. I believe lunchtime should be a peak hour for courier services, yet there was only one staff member handling parcel collection. At the same time, he also had to manage other tasks. The process was slow, resulting in a long waiting time—over 20 minutes just to collect a parcel. I understand need to take time to find the parcel. But the problem is the staff not handling in parcel collection that time. We all queuing & looking the staff finding & scanning parcel & packing, communicate with wireless team and another guy. Poor guy , he needs to handle so many! This was my first experience with such a delay at a courier service. Hope to improve. Thanks
