The parcel is everywhere on the floor. Customers has to wait for super long Q, with no fan nor aircon, as customers will b in the Q outside the door. One Chinese aunty who sit on sofa with her granddaughter said it is a norm to wait for a long period, i do believe her! The place is totally not well organised. There are only 2 -3 ppl in-front of me, unfortunately the waiting time is more than 15 mins. It is a very bad experience in collect Co.

It’s a residential place converted into a shipment handling centre by a Chinese family. There are kids & cats playing around. You must take off your shoes to enter the post handlers.
The lady & the guy(probably her husband) are totally unfriendly and dry. Never smile at you nor greet you.
The service is casual and carefree.
Just for collecting one small packet I’ve to wait for 20 minutes because the Chinese woman was training her son how to handle the delivery process, as if we have nothing else to do in life but to wait for her sweet time to find & hand over the shipment.

Alot of packages here and they seem quite disorganised. But the guy is the friendly.

But if you want to just collect things... Big parking and easy to walk across from batu lanchang market carpark.

Shopee collection centers
(specifically SPX Express Drop-off Points) are NOT ALLOWED to charge customers for dropping off parcels.
But this Collection Center charges RM 0.50 for every parcel returned.!!!!!

The current system for parcel collection appears to suffer from significant disorganization and a lack of systematic processes, resulting in considerable delays for individuals retrieving their packages. Specifically, the retrieval of a single parcel necessitates a waiting period of at least fifteen minutes. Furthermore, the widespread and seemingly unordered placement of parcels contributes to the inefficiency of the operation.

Honestly just to safe few bucks don’t put the collection place here,you have to wait for a very long time,they are so disorganised and it takes so long to collect your parcel. Really not advisable very slow and late service
