Bad service,nak ambil parcel pun susah,pergi jam 2 pekerja kata rehat pukul 3 baru boleh ambil,tak boleh ambil parcel,dan cakap dengan customer tak tahu kerja,dan main Phone dekat tempat kerja dia.

Very disappointed with the service at this parcel pickup point.

The stated operating hours are until 6 PM, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, the male staff refused to let me collect my parcel just because there were a few customers ahead of me. If your actual cut-off time is 5:50 PM, then be transparent and update your operating hours accordingly.

Customers plan their visits based on the listed closing time, and it’s extremely frustrating to be turned away despite arriving on time. If you can’t handle pickups until 6 PM, then don’t advertise it as such. Poor service and a complete lack of consideration for customers' time.

On top of that, the centre is messy and completely disorganized, making it difficult for staff to locate parcels quickly. This inefficiency causes unnecessary delays, and customers shouldn’t have to bear the consequences of poor management.

To make things worse, another customer behind me also tried to collect a parcel and mentioned that she had been coming for several days without success. The same staff member rudely responded, "That’s your problem." Excuse me? By that same logic, if your operating hours are until 6 PM and we arrive before then, failing to retrieve parcels on time is your problem, not ours. If your team cannot provide service within the stipulated time, the least they could do is apologize instead of blaming the customer.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Sort out your operations and train your staff to treat customers with basic respect. We pay for your service, not your rudeness.

Friendly staff and high availability parcel drop off station. They accept almost all courier drop offs expect Lazada.

Worst Shopee self collection pickup point, the Singh staff at counter is rude. Went in to counter and told my pin to the staff, the staff ask me to shut up this is not Toto 4D shop. Parcels is not organised as usual, the staff will take some time to look for ur parcel.
