First time i collected 6 shopee parcels from here. The staffs are very helpful especially the Indian one. She allowed me to use her phone charger as my phone have no battery to retrieve the pick up PIN code. Forget to ask their names. But both of them are nice and helpful.

I also returned a parcel and the process was very easy and quick. No charge for airway bill printing, but they do charge for plastic parcel.

Overall , it was a good experience

Easy self collection and return of parcel.

Do take note that there's RM0.50 charges for Shopee return due to return sticker printing cost. Keep the receipt and claim back from Shopee through Live chat.

CollectCo here does not have the machine provided by Shopee hence the charges.
