If able to give review on 0 star i will give 0 star at all course! This is the useless company, unprofessional don't understand English. Like to push here and there!
Here come my story my item reached them on April 25 called them the hotline asking when will reach JB side at first say 1 day before will call after i waited 3 days bo news or call at all. 2nd time i call when i speak English the younger malay can speak in English when asking my item suddenly she don't understand English and asked someone much older aunty to answer the call i asked how come 3 days still no one call!? She then asked me to call other nunber and check finally someone say they will call 1 day before the delivery fine i waited 1 week called again same answer 1 day before delivery they will call. After which someone call say next day will deliver end up waiting whole day and no call no show up at all end up no one wanna to care about my item whcih they delay total 3 weeks to make my delivery because they keep say no lorry going down JB side which they say very far and out from the way? How the hell you open an shipping company and tell your customers this? You better close down your shop today 14 may 2024 after calling so many places and den they able to send to my place this is unacceptable i shout out to everyone here these who want to use them think carefully! My item reach on 25 they already ask me to pay transport fee and they hold my item 3 week and they make me lost money due to the time for the item ship shipping took 15 days and plus this company doing funny thing to hold customers itrm for 3 week how the hell people would fo that when you doing business?
You make us scared of Malaysia delivery company
I order so many item around the world they need the delivery fee is when they drop the item at my door step and we pay on the spot which you ask for money first
This is the first and also last time i would send my item to Malaysia after this incident!
They have make me lose $3000sgd for this 3 weeks delay.
If anyone know where to file a report against them do let me know so everyone won't use them at all!

Super worst logistic company I ever met!!!
Customer service is pushing around to answer on customer’s question for parcel status, giving the pushing reply: “we will check for you”, “we will need time to check”, “your parcels is delivering soon” for 2 weeks!
The Malay customer service lady - Lachemi is very unprofessional on hung up customer’s call and she did not know anything at all still need another colleague to assist with, ANYHOW PROMISED the delivery time to complete within the week but end up being cheated by her. Please remove her from company for her daydreaming attitude!

Worst logistics service I have had in my life. They expect their customers to climb into the delivery truck to get their goods. Didn't deliver to doorstep as stated in their delivery order document, even if my unit is ground floor unit. Not delivering right to my doorstep is still alright, but they can't even unload my stuff.

Called their office and their customer service staff yelled at me over the phone when I was just politely explaining that I didn't receive any notice to prepare forklift. Rudest customer service experience ever!

Ridiculous! Informing us to send the stock tomorrow, and keep dragging more than 1 week with the reason of lorry malfunction, and then giving lots of excuse and can’t even track the parcel for us. And finally able to send to us, but sending to a wrong address and all of our stocks located at other’s house, how could this happen? Somehow the stock are really urgent and customers are waiting. Please be more responsible and really provide solution when needed, you really need a lot more improvement if you hope to sustain for even further .

拆箱后20天，我的货物还在他家货仓里。。。😓😓同个时期的货物，早一个月就收到了。。。只有在这家的，早10天前说安排隔天上货车，一个星期可以到货，结果还没有，刚刚打电话去追，竟然跟我说货车满了，上不到我的货，安排下一趟，要下个星期才到。。。什么运输公司来的？！还可以生存到现在真的是奇迹。。。。
