Their service was truly professional - Shan and his team were super punctual on both days, worked really fast and clean. They knew exactly how to protect the furniture before transporting them and I didn't need to lift a single finger as they helped pack and unpack all of my items. The team members are super polite as well.

Eirma, the person I was liaising with was also very responsive, and ensured that everything was in order before the move. Everything went smoothly as planned, the briefing document helped in the preparation.

I highly recommend using their service as they make the relocation for me worry-free.

I admit the labor - the worker from packing to unloading & the customer service is good but the shipment took too long(took total 48 days from the day of packing till goods receiving).

I want given this company review rating for 10/10 actually.
This is the greatest Relocation company I have never had, my second time with this Company. Extremely best I extremely recommended for everyone.

From my departure location with carrying who called Duncan, he done great on his job, was looked after care for all my stuffs, organised all and paperwork with his precious worker.

Shipping period, the best consultation Thila also keep in touched with me for those departure, arrival and shipping notification. She assisted me from started until the end.

After, all my stuffs touched down to KL, Thila was verbal and gave supervisor who named Omar. He is a great organiser too! He also keep in touched before day and took all pictures once arrived on the day sent all my stuffs to me until the end too!

Amazing and really appreciated that what they doing with their team work!!!

Overall the service and know-how of the logistics were good. I would rate 4/5. Workmanship was quick - we understand any delay during shipping is out of control due to conditions of the sea during the transportation process.
There were a few items in quarantine that we were advised were fit to enter Australia by the packers, but we were charged a cleaning fee upon arrival instead. Not to mention, the items were sent to us in the same condition that we were quoted to clean - so this felt like a extra charge that had no outcome. For the very extensive price, these should be eliminated at the packing and send off stages. Also, quite a number of items were not working and broken - including items that we did not insure. We still incurred losses but did get a minimal refund for the items we purchased insurance coverage for.
