Terima whatsapp message sebelum delivery dan saya terus inform mereka saya tiada di rumah dan minta buang ke dalam rumah supaya parcel buku saya tidak jemur matahari dan kena hujan. Tapi org delivery cakap terlalu berat dan buang dekat pintu pagar saja. Dan buku saya semua basah & koyak sebab hujan.

worst courier i ever use bcs my parcel arrive in KK 19.07.2024 and when i check the update detail its still at the facility until now…i called the customer service to many many time but no solution abt my parcel!!! Now is 09.08.2024 NO UPDATE !

The rider seems rude while delivering parcels because of lack in communication. Also no manners while taking via call with customer. Very disappointed.

Prior to self-collection, I have called DHL helpline +60 3 2779 2300 upfront for arrangements. KL office handled my request within 15 minutes. Approximately 1 hour later, I reach here to collect. My parcel is already on standby for collection. No fuss at all. Superb!

Completely dissatisfied, parcel arrived KK warehouse 12 days ago and it's still sitting in exactly the same spot, spoken 3 times to customer support with no resolution on the matter, 3rd time asking if I want to self collect, DHL is less than 3km from me, there is obviously serious issues with this department that need investigation. Perhaps the contract needs to be taken away and offered to someone else.

Disini pula tu kan barang online kena hold, servis kura-kura btul, atau memang x cukup pekerja kamu hantar barang dari KK - Keningau? Lambat betul, mw dekat 2 minggu sdh msih hold barang tu di sini, kalau mahu service kmu tu 5 bintang, tambah la pekerja rmai2, duit boleh dicari, lagi satu jgn tamak, tips dia kasi cepat tu production baa, barulah kmu boleh maju. Jangan bah begitu, lambat betul ni service kamu.

If got negative star I'll give negative star. Very slow service. My parcel still in the facility after more than a week arrived in KK. Better close your company, let other more professional courier and package delivery company to do this kind of work.
