Received item in perfect condition but I would like to file complaint regarding the deliveryman attitude. I explain nicely on where the exact location of my office, when he couldn't figure out where after I explained to him, he asked me to lock my office and go down (My office is located at 2nd floor). I've insisted by saying I couldn't leave my office without anyone supervision and try to re-explain to him. Long story short, he shouted in the call and that is my breaking point. My question to DHL, is this how your worker's attitude when delivering item to their customer? Does your customer has to get this kind of treatment just because your deliveryman couldn't find the location?
