DHL in Senai Airport City is the cleanest, secured, and accessible centre I have been. The building is situated where it is easy to find, plenty of space, and easy parking. The staff are professional and helpful from the guards to the receptionist. I was attended by Ms Avi Vesa and she was very attentive to my inquiry. The reception is clean and smells good. Definitely, I can easily give a 10/10 for the overall experience.

The employee secretly put a freaking high declaration value for my items which resulted the receiver to bear a really high custom charges! An item I bought for RM2, he put RM10 each! An item I bought for RM80, he put RM250! He never showed the papers of the declared values of items nor he communicated with me about it, just quickly ask me to sign here and there and make payment. I only realized these things when I downloaded the papers from my email and I was in shock! And now my family member from overseas have to bear a freaking high customs and gotten quite upset with it. Such a terrible, terrible service! I wish DHL Kulai did not close down because the employees there were excellent and won't cheat on their customers like this! No more using DHL Senai! 👎👎👎

We keep hearing customers complaining of poor delivery/services from these couriers but I'm honestly surprised by how efficient DHL is.

I have an overseas parcel with 2 failed delivery attempts (first was because nobody was around at home, second entirely my fault as I missed the redelivery attempt).

All it took was a brief online chat session with their customer service to arrange for self-collection. They even emailed me to check on my availability because I wasn't contactable.

The collection process itself is seamless. I have to say, I was served like a King (a bit of an exaggeration), probably due to the strict security protocol, right from my entry via the main Guard house to their premise/office. After a short wait no more than 5 minutes, I finally claimed my parcel. 📦

Thank you to the Abang DHL who attended to me on Sat, 28/Sep at about 9am! Keep up the good work, DHL! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Too much bureaucratic policies and process needs to follow here. Im ok with that the problem is some of the staff really trying to cut corners on DHL’s WI makes this even complicated. Avoid this place at any cost or be prepared to entertained all that situation mentioned above.

Location is easy to find, just use Waze.
Friendly staff and security. Got my parcel in less than 10 mins. Parking provided for visitors outside.
