I was excited and pleased to see a logistic store open in Icon City—it's very convenient for the residents. I especially love the Shoppe collection point feature for self-pickup, which helps save on delivery charges. I opted for this service and was happy with the convenience.

However, I also tried their delivery service and found it to be slower than expected.

The delivery took longer than anticipated, and I was not promptly updated with the tracking information. I had to reach out several times to get updates, which was a bit frustrating.

If they could improve the timeliness and communication regarding delays, I would definitely rate it 5 stars for its great location and overall service.

Good service and staffs were friendly & professional. They have many different courier there so can drop off all parcels one shot, super convenient !! For parking space also very convenient, can just double park in front of their shop for awhile to drop off or pick up as it’s quite a wide road. Won’t cause traffic.
