Experienced a unsatisfied service, especially deal with HQ admin, late pick up phone and late response message.

Very bad service attitude. After quote the pricing and shipped out the goods, then only informed that they underquoted the price and asked to pay more. The reason that underquoted is they ASSUMED door-to-door to client's office have lift. Such a speechless explanation way that I faced.

Bad Service.. No pick up call on hotline, no follow up by customer service. Stock delivery not punctual delay almost 1-2 weeks. Terrible!!

need more improvement on safety road in warehouse area due to many nails and screw laying around. 3 time have to change tyre in 2 month.

They say they will come to collect but after I keep calling and ask them when they come to collect I just know my delivery have NEVER been recorded.

Problem place because the warehouse didnt have any number because they have a lot of warehouse

Transport for goods to Sabah and Sarawak. A very difficult place to find as there is no signboard at all
