The first thing that struck us was how personal the service was. Jeannot, from Felix Relocations walked us through the entire process- from forming the quotation to the last day of packing, he was our point person- he is extremely professional, helpful even dropped by throughout the 4 days of our pack.

The attention to detail and care for our house and belongings were exceptional with a lot of tips given to watch out for from day 1.

Small things from lining our hardwood floor with cardboard and thick cloth for protection to tips on maximising space.

I would highly recommend Felix Relocations to anyone wanting to move their household. We felt secure and that our expectations and queries mattered. They are entirely professional. Michael, the supervisor on-site and his team were amazing. The care and detail in which they packed all our items, with special consideration for our antiques is much appreciated.
I will update this review again once our furniture has arrived and is unpacked abroad.

The team was really professional and easy to work with. From coordination from their customer service rep to the team in field. My family used their service - home relocation today. The service is great and wonderful. We engaged their office on Thursday and they get to arranged the mover team for us on Saturday morning, fast and responsive. New boxes and tapes were given to us for packing too. On the moving day, the mover team (Michael, Deva and all) came early and well prepared. A team is very experienced and helpful, they ensure all our items are taken care and moved to our new home. When reached our new home, they carefully carried and placed our items at our desirable places. Great job, guys!! We really appreciate your great service.
