Such a worst courier service ever ! They don’t deserve even 1 star .My package was delayed multiple times with no clear updates or communication. I had to chase the tracking information myself, and even when I did get updates, they were vague and unhelpful.Customer service is no better . I would never recommend this service to anyone. They have no idea how to run a professional operation, and I will definitely be using a different courier for all my future shipments. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and your deliveries!

Worst delivery service I experience almost all the time they don't deliver my parcel then suddenly I found out they cancelled it already they don't even sms or call to notify me.its not happened once or twice but most of the time.sorry about my words but there service is so bad.

Very poor service waited for my parcel that delivery guy always failed to send my parcel but when i track his reason is couldn’t contact the recipient thats why delivery attempt failed,1stly they never even call or text not only that im the one tracking my parcel and contacting the but no response at all for the three times the same thing,till i call the CS and that lady said she will open a report and make sure they will send my parcel asap no use aso still the same waiting till today i call again and another CS gave me a option to go and pick up,so funny that what for your doing delivery service,anyways better to go and pick than to wait longer for these lazy drivers!!

Despite the bad ratings, shipping from seller to distribution centre is pretty fast. I go collect myself (with a smile) and the abang counter made sure I got my parcel, which I did. IMHO, I can see why they always put the maximum estimation of delivery date: Overflowing parcels but outlet is so small, understaffed therefore cannot make systematic procedure. Can stay angry and wait forever or sacrifice and go collect yourself haha

Seller dropoff sini pagi, tak scan...tpaksa call HQ mintak push scan...kalau tak improve aku pastikan org x dropoff sini lagi

Very very slow delivery. Delivery guy will call you and when you answer his call, they will immediately off your call and turn your delivery status to as you were unable to be reached. This happen to me 3 times. And when you try to call them back they reject your call. Such lazy people. Please close down this branch
