Everything was smooth from enquiry, ordering, confirmation, payment and delivery.

Beautiful flowers, great value, but missed delivery window.

The flowers were lovely and a fantastic deal, but unfortunately, the delivery arrived 1.5 hours later than requested. This meant it missed my friend's grand opening, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff member I spoke with about the delay was unprofessional and rude. Please be prepared to be scolded by them for their mistakes.

I hope they can improve their communication and punctuality in the future, as the flowers themselves were excellent.

Excellent florist both in terms of products and service. The team at Floral Tales delivered on such short notice, communication was excellent and I was kept updated through WhatsApp. Even went the extra mile to call up a few people for the right address when they realised I had provided inaccurate information for delivery.
