I once bought a simple office chair from here a few months back and was happy with the quality. Today I came back to buy another one for personal use, in upgrade fashion, selected the chair and was done with the whole process in about 20 minutes. Quick and efficient. Then the sales person told me my chair would be delivered in 2-3 days which I thought was fine, considering things are still in MCO.

BUT, today I saw a delivery van appear in front of my house later in the evening and my chair was ready. A+ for service and time.

Overall the quality of the products sold here are good. Delivery staff are also very helpful with installing the furniture... Just that the service of 1 particular lady sales staff is very poor. A lady who looks rather young, long straight hair & of bigger body shape. When asked of the measurements of the furniture she told us there's no need to measure because all office furniture are standard sizes. (I rolled my eyes...) And when we requested to view the displayed furniture at level 1 and level 2 she told us all the furniture on the top floors are not for sale but when I checked with her other colleague, the colleague said no such thing and all furniture are for sale regardless of top or ground floors. So I suspect she's just too lazy to walk upstairs. Very annoyed with such a servicing staff who cannot help in any aspect. Glad that another friendly lady colleague of hers took over to serve us and we placed the orders happily and smoothly at the end.

Exceptionally friendly service and competent sales ladies. They not only sell furniture, but they also keep spares! One of the few places I know where they not only force you to buy something new but also offer to repair something. I almost hope that another one of my Office Chairs will break soon so I can again enjoy their friendly service.
