My parcel was returned to the sender due to “unable to contact customer,” simply because my phone number was either incorrect or not provided. However, my address was clearly stated and correct. Did your courier team even attempt to deliver the parcel to my house? I find this hard to believe, as I have previously received mail — even from overseas — without any phone number attached to the address.

What’s more frustrating is that I noticed the issue early on while tracking my parcel. As soon as I saw there was a problem with contacting me, I immediately reached out to your customer service team. I provided my phone number and specifically asked her to pass my phone number along to the courier handling my delivery (Kuala Selangor). I even mentioned the tracking number to ensure there would be no confusion.

Despite my efforts, I was shocked to later discover that my parcel had already been returned to the sender. When I followed up with customer service again, I was met with an indifferent response — “we just follow the system.”

Because of this, I have now lost approximately RM250, as the shop I purchased from refuses to offer a refund, stating that the items have already been disposed of.

I have a few important questions:
1. If the phone number was missing, why was there no attempt to deliver the parcel to the address provided? Was the address incorrect?
2. Why did customer service not take my follow-up seriously after I gave her my phone number and tracking details?
3. How is it acceptable to return a parcel to the sender without making a genuine effort to deliver it first?

This experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected better service and accountability from your company. I hope you take this matter seriously and implement better processes to prevent similar issues from happening to other customers.

One of the best Courier service I have tried..dealing wt them is so easy not fussy not demanding not too many protocols. Very efficient and very fast delivary within less than 24 hours your parcel arrived in good condition. One of the cheapest to in town too
