I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the delayed delivery of my parcel, which arrived 9 days later than promised.

When I initially contacted your Customer Service Officer (CSO) to inquire about the delay, I was informed it was due to "adverse weather conditions." However, upon verifying with my wife, there was only light drizzle in our area—hardly sufficient to justify a prolonged delay. The CSO assured me that the parcel would be delivered the following day.

The next day, I checked your tracking system, only to find that the parcel underwent an Audit Count Scan at 8:52 AM and was, yet again, not delivered. To compound the issue, your Customer Service closed at 12:30 PM, leaving me unable to seek further clarification or resolution. Moreover, I discovered online that your operations do not include delivery services on Sundays, further exacerbating the delay.

This experience has left me beyond dissatisfied.
