Firstly, I am very disappointed on what happened during my visit to one of your Lorenzo showroom. I'm disappointed that there is no warning sign labelled on fragile products and no sign to warn us that the product is unstable or can tumble easily. Why!? Why would anyone put a three legged table which is so unstable along the walkway exposed where people walk around?

Unexpectedly, my child leaned on that table and the table then fell over the floor. The top of flat stone of table was chipped. Why on earth would a table fall over so easily!? Fortunately, my child was not injured. Why didn't the salesman or the showroom give any notice that the table is so fragile and endangering children's safety. Not just my child, it could be anyone leaning or pressing against the table!

Soon after I had paid for that broken table. Then the salesman told us that we SHOULD NOT have brought children to this place Lorenzo. Could you please clarify for me, is there any sign or rules written where I SHOULD Not bring my children to visit LORENZO. I am very MAD with what he said as there is no sign or rules written about that. And if that's the case, the salesman also didn't give any notice at first while we entered the place.

Another thing, the salesman accused me that I lost my duty to take care of my child. What happened that day was an accident! Who on earth would wanted that to happened!? I took the responsibility and made the payment for the table but what happened was an accident, he should not have said anything to slander us. He should have just keep his mouth shut if he has nothing nice to say.

All in all, I find that the salesman has poor professionalism and poor attitude towards customer. Our conversation wasn't nice at all, very unreasonable, and disturbed.

I deeply believe that Lorenzo is a branded lifestyle furniture retailer which supposed to be of high standards. But what I experienced is very unpleasant and disturbing. I hope you will pay attention on this matter and hopefully the same thing won't happen to another victim.
