I absolutely enjoy visiting the Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) branch at Jaya One, PJ. They’re open from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM giving ample time for us, and this was my third time here.

I arrived close to closing time around 5:50 PM, yet the staff welcomed me warmly without any complaints, smiling as she assisted me.

Before coming, I texted MBE, and they responded quickly, which made the experience seamless from start to finish.

In past visits, I’ve been assisted by kind and professional young Malay ladies who are always friendly and efficient. Their demeanor and service quality make me think the boss knows how to pick the best staff!

Today, just one lady was handling multiple tasks, managing everything quickly, from item collection to sending a parcel in just few minutes, including address input. And she's handling passing the parcels to those collecting parcels, too! Impressive! 🌟

Also, MBE has a Friday break from 1-2 PM. The ladies (who are beautiful, by the way!) are fast and efficient. When I picked up my order from Shopee, I just mentioned the PIN number and claimed my parcel—this means you can even send someone else to pick it up for you if needed.

I’ll definitely be back! Boss, these hardworking ladies deserve a bonus for their excellent service! 🥰

⚠️ when you receive a Shopee order, check if it’s at MBE or Parcelhub. Parcelhub is inside AEON BIG, while MBE is outside, opposite Pacific Tower JAYA ONE, next to the mamak restaurant.

I arrived at the location at 6:04 PM on a rainy day, having rushed from work to pick up my parcel (medicine). However, I was disappointed to find that the shop closed early at 6 PM without any update on Google. The parcel pick-up process takes less than a minute, yet the staff refused to assist me despite my polite explanation.

Instead of addressing my request, the staff member spent more time rejecting me with a rude facial expression.

They were incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you intend to close early, please ensure that you update Google to inform your customers.

Went here to pickup a self collect parcel ordered from Shopee.

The positive points:

- The shop is clean (of course full of boxes + packaging)
- The staffs are friendly
- Smooth + easy way to collect your parcel (just give your Shopee PIN)
- Offers several parcel deliveries to MBE Jaya One.

The drawbacks:
- Limited free parking space as Jaya One has conquered the WHOLE outer parking with valet parking 😪🤦‍♀️ Hence, need to berebut with others

I was lucky as I was allowed to park near the Harley Davidson outlet since I told the abang jaga I would be quick. Likewise, it would take forever to find a parking 🤦‍♀️
- Expensive parking rate if you park in Jaya One parking space.
- Jam + overcrowded with cars

Recommended to come over the weekend.

Collection using Shopee pick up was easy and the staff was fast and friendly, better than Parcel Hub Jaya 1 which always do thing slow slow and even ask you why you come collect during lunch time hours..

Perfect seamless experience, even though it's my first time using DHL. Arrived in the evening when there were no other customers. The lady staff was very helpful with my queries and the whole process took around 10 minutes only. Good job.
