Bought a bed frame from Lazada and it was fulfilled by this company. I was initially deceived by their customer service front liners who were pretty good in giving me advance notification on the delivery date and time. However, I ended up having an awful, awful experience with their false promises and poor installation. Delivery was rescheduled a few times and when they finally delivered, they didn't attach the headboard to the divan. Must be their first time delivering bed frames I guess. Then they agreed to fix it after being told about it but postponed the appointment last minute again. Reasons given throughout were driver on MC, flood (this is acceptable), lorry broke down & can't make it on time during condo working hours.
