I don't recommend this delivery point because the service is zero. Especially the women who wear black clothing. I chose the pick-up point on Shopee to speed up the process, but I came here twice. I received a text message at 5:34 pm last Friday, saying that I could come to pick up the package. I arrived at 6:50pm, and the two employees said that they were off work and it was a holiday, so I had to pick up the package three days later. The package was right behind them. I came again today, No smile, no greeting, no service. This was my second time and my last time.

I took photo which written your work time, but I received the text is at5:34 pm , I can not go to your place in one hour . And the text didn’t tell me when your shop closed, no time . Ok . You see there is no time, I came your place for saving time , not wasting time. The staff no smiles no service, ok?

Staff very rude especially Htwe. Please train your staff how to deal with customers. Before this I have no problem deal with MBE but when they hired new staff all bad changes. Never come again.

Amazing service! Thank you so much. Ms Htwe has dedicated all her time, knowledge and patience to make sure that my personal belongings would have properly described and counted. She also gave me many useful suggestions about how to pack and organize the things in the box. Usually I hate to send parcels but this has been a really special experience. I do recommend 100% to use this dedicated service, they will really take care of you!

Staff does not know how to prioritize. Waited in queue to drop off a return package for Shopee. When it was my turn I showed the code for scanning and the staff said they were unable to scan at that time and asked me to write down the shipping number, which I was I unable to see as the print was too small. I asked the staff to write it down as I couldn’t see the number. She told me that I had to wait and proceeded to serve other customers..

I pointed out that I was in queue and it was my turn to be served so why did I have to wait for her to copy the shipping number on the package. She says she is busy with other customer (who were behind me in the queue). Ridiculous!
