Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service!

I have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude customer service team in my life. From the moment I contacted them, it was clear that they had zero interest in resolving my issue. They were dismissive, condescending, and completely unhelpful. Every time I asked a question, I was met with attitude, as if I was an inconvenience. Their boss was so terrible in resolving any issue whatsoever.

It’s shocking how a company can treat its customers with such disregard. No apologies, no solutions, just pure frustration. I will never be using their service again and will be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this business. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like a nuisance! Utter garbage company this is.

This is my 100 percent honest feedback&im entitled to it.I had enough,im finally free to talk now.Luring bruneians via our facebook groups,luring us with positive attitude at the beginning...then begin to insult us through text messages if they did not get their way...forgetting i am a paying customer, zero customer service&anyone new to this ordering parcel game,your 1st time will be ruined by these people.No guideline,no proper communication&constantly judgy,opinionated,backbiting&rude.Toxic.I get it its our responsibility to learn and they are only receiving items but being kind goes a long way...in no way a customer should be spoken the way they did to me even if the personnel is under stress.Thats their responsibility to manage their emotions if we are talking about responsibility.Impersonal&unprofessional.I shouldve went to their facebook to see review for warning i should not deal with these people.Bruneians youve been warned those who still want to continue please always record every interaction.I no longer anymore want anything to do with them if any bruneians want address for your packages research in brunei some offer same price as this company now.best of luck.

I would like to rate 1 star, but it’s new year new me so I’m generous!

Absolutely rock bottom, poor and nonsense customer service when it comes to communication and clarification of matters.

I think they are “Mr. Know It All”, the best in Malaysia. However, when they messed up, they deleted the whole WhatsApp message thread.

Personally, I think is definitely a 5 star approach that you guys should reconsider in staying relevant in the logistic world.

Jump on the new year new me ship this 2024.

The area is a bit hard to find (it's on a brick road rather than gravel road and is located right next to a restaurant) but if you are Bruneian and need a Malaysia address to shop online, they offer cheap collect on-behalf service. I'll definitely be using their service more frequently from now on.
