We recently used My Movers for our household move, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of our belongings with great care. Reasonable price promptly quoted by Mr Law. And 5 stars service from Mr Kumar and his team. His team dissemble and reassemble our 8ft cupboard, wrapped the mirror door carefully and there is not a scratch. Took care of the other stuff like plastic drawers, electronics, etc.. nicely and carefully too. Very efficient and smooth moving thanks to MyMovers.

They were very helpful and quick! They helped me move my things along with a desk and chair over to my new place with ease.

They were careful during the whole process as there were 4 boxes that I have that were filled with plates and glasses.

I recently moved house on short notice with heavy furniture like king and queen beds, wardrobes, plus heavy boxes and fragile items. MyMovers, led by Kumar and his stellar team, was a lifesaver. They were professional, responsive, and took great care, using cling wrap for furniture and fabric for glass tables and fragile items. My Movers was recommended by a few friends and this is no surprise. We used them for a local (within Penang) move in January and they were professional, efficient and communicative. Kumar was always on the ball and was personally present during the move as well. Our major items were expertly wrapped, then unwrapped at our new place. The boxes were also moved and fragile items were handled carefully. We had zero problems with our move and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a removals company.

Professional, fast and helpful. Answers queries timely. Even though price quoted higher from many transporter, they provided full service with sufficient manpower, packing and install back our beds, they send 8 people to help us and lesser our burden of time consuming. I would have given Kumar and his professional team 10 stars! The entire experience with Kumar was very indifferent and non-stress. Kumar arrived promptly for our initial appointment to give me a quote for my move from Penang to Kuala Lumpur. He was very patient and understood the stress related to one’s interstate move.

After surveying the inventory and my specific request of a ‘very careful’ handling of my items he presented a reasonable quote. It includes fragile packing, boxing, labeling and land transportation to KL. In KL, transporting the items to my condo unit, unpacking and removal of boxes and wrapping papers. I had ask for the similar kind of service from 3 other moving companies from Penang but Kumar stood out by a mile.

Mind you, I am moving in the midst of peak holiday season which is during Christmas! Kumar assured me that everything will be taking care of and my items will reach my KL destination as scheduled. We did the packing a week before the crazy season as I wanted to move in by the 28th of December. Today, the 28th I got a text from Kumar telling me they are close to my condo unit. He coordinated with the guards and was shown to the service elevator. In no time, boxes that were packed and left at his warehouse were delivered, counter checked and unpacked. The team from this amazing company is beyond my expectations. They were friendly, patient and above all ~ very professional! I am so grateful that NOTHING was broken or missing. Trust me, I have heard horror stories from my friends about the movers they used.
After unpacking and helping me organize the storage in the cabinets, they left without leaving a mess and pick every piece of paper that was torn during the unpacking. Please do yourself a big favor and use Kumar and his fantastic team from My Movers. YOU WONT REGRET IT. I must say once again, a big THANK YOU to Kumar and his delightful team. 🙏🙏🙏
