2 weeks late. Item already on Sibu branch but no action taken (call the recipient or just deliver). Item should be deliver no matter what condition it is. Your problems is not customer problem. Bad service. No more Nationwide in the future.

Poor counter service. Called umpteen times before the call was picked up. Girl on the other end never greeted.Just said "hmmmm .... apa ...?" in a malaise (& almost hateful) tone. Reluctant to arrange for delivery despite it is their policy to do twice. Asked to check on item, said network down ... cannot help. The delivery guy and the delivery process are however, 'unremarkable'. Won't be my first choice to send important item. Dread to imaging what would happen when complication arises.
