We had a rather horrific experience while getting a shoe cabinet today. We had to wait for the handles to be installed as they were missing from the show floor unit. Once the installation was complete, I approached the staff to inspect the cabinet. To my surprise, they hastily wrapped it up, making me suspicious about their actions. The staff literally used their whole body to cover the cabinet with a large piece of paper, while the boss rapidly wrapped it with clear plastic wrap.

Despite my concerns, I requested to check the cabinet, and unfortunately, my intuition was correct. The door was covered in scratches, and there was a significant gap between the door and the frame. Realizing the poor quality, I promptly asked for a refund. Fortunately, the lady boss was understanding and processed the refund immediately. The overall experience was dreadful. Although the shop has a wide range of amazing furniture, I cannot tolerate dealing with dishonest business owners. I'm sharing this feedback to warn others, urging them to exercise caution when shopping there.

One stop furniture shop, the most complete furniture shop in kluang so far. Nevertheless, I had the best service experience! Super friendly boss and super helpful staff, fast delivery and all furniture were handle with care. Very satisfied with their tip top services! Not to forget, reasonable price with good quality. They have different range of products, all you need to do is ask! You pay what you get 😉

Poor quality furniture. Bought a set of 3+1 recliner sofa and dining table with 6 chairs. Springs in the cushion of the sofa broken within a year. Request for repair then they say need at least 1 month because the factory is far away. 🙄 Cushion of dining chairs broken within 2 years....
