Barang hilang rugi hampir RM1000 .. Alasan kastam ambil barang sebab tak ada dalam list.. tapi yang ada dalam list pun hilang juga, bukan ganti rugi sepenuhnya pun..

Setau aku kalau kastam tahan biasanya dia akan caj cukai je, bukan rampas sepenuhnya, paket mail indo pun ada cakap barang sampai ok, tapi masalah courier sana hilangkan barang.. SO BARANG KENA CURI.. RANTI RUGI RM80 YANG AKU DAPAT....

Staff malaysia ? boleh la nak pickup laju je, waktu ada masalah slow reply.. ulang-ulang benda yang sama, tapi ganti rugi "ikut boss" katenya paling banyak RM200 je , tapi ikut suka dia nak ganti berapa .. lol rugi hampir RM1000 di ganti RM80.. siap dapat pakej baju buruk dalam kotak.. ada ke orang kirim baju buruk dah koyak2 ? lepas tu tuduh kastam yang salah masuk baju orang lain dalam kotak..

Pengajaran kt sini kalau korang nak post juga pakai paketmail ni kau rakam semua sampai kau salotape kotak tu.. bagi bukti kt dorang nanti, dekat list tulis semuaaa benda kau kirim tu.. walaupun driver yang ambil kotak tu tak ingatkan & malas nak tulis.. kau tulis sendiri, sebab Hq dorang akan salahkan kau tak cek sendiri..

Last nak ingatkan je KALAU HILANG BARANG DIA GANTI PALING BANYAK PUN RM200 JEEE... So aku hilang barand dapat RM80 je, agak2 barang korang yang hilang nanti dapat berapa la ekk

If you are thinking to use PaketMail service, I suggest: DON'T!
I entrusted my XL box to them on June 2022 and until now it is still not yet shipped out. All of the customer service number is not answering and replying. The so-called representative named Pak Anton is not responding either.
Not only me, many more customers have the same issue with PaketMail. And now, we are in the state of material and immaterial loss.
So, once again @PaketMail, I am asking, is my box PM8110 already shipped out? If it isn't yet, then when

DO NOT USE THIS BAD CARGO EVER!!! i haven't received my box that i sent from KL to Jakarta since May 2022. They said it will be send out soon just waiting for other customers and to fill in the container. But until today September 2022 i haven't received anything. WhatsApp the CS but the person took it personally while I was getting upset to the company. Bodoh ke ape? I don't care about your company's problems, what i care is my cargo status!!!! You should send the updates on our cargo status. I'm taking this cargo seevice as i was recommended by my friend as she successfully sent and received in just less than 3 months! Terrible!! I don't mind if it's late but provide information from time to time!! Don't just wait your customer to ask and wonder their items whereabouts!!! Some more CS very rude!!!! Minus 1000 service for this company!!!!!

Sent 3 boxes previously all OK, took about 1 month to Bali. Because of that, I sent 3 more boxes (on 31/5/22 & 14/6/22). When you want to send parcel, they reply and handle everything very fast.
However, today 13 Oct 22 (after 4+ months!) I still haven’t heard from them. Trying to text, call, they never reply back. Very frustrating! Last update was 13 Sep saying that it’s going to depart Soon. TOTALLY UNPROFFESIONAL!!! 😡😡😡
Will never use them ever again!
Better use other company that are more reliable, Paket mail never reply when there are complaints.

Please if you don’t want to be left hanging or ghosted do not use this service. It has been over 4 months and my cargo status whereabout is unclear. No response from CS HQ, very disappointed. I would not mind the late shipment but at least let me know where is the whereabout, is it missing or is it on its way? No information. CS HQ does not want to pick up or reply at all. I used this service because if its fast response in the beginning before payment like the rest of people that got scammed here 🙂 . Be professional in your service, if things went missing pay for the compensation and take responsibility.

Hanya servis di malaysia yang ok. On time, dibantu sampai kotak dijemput.

Sampai di indonesia paket dibongkar habis-habisan oleh cukai. Kotor sejadinya. Dokumen penting dibiarkan berserakan di dalam padahal sudah sengaja dimasukkan ke file anti air. Tolong diperhatikan lagi untuk hal-hal crucial semacam ini.
Sangat mengecewakan
