Thank you for so much for assisting my international move from Australia to Malaysia. Amazing services and very prompt responses. Despite of some of my shipment items went missing due to mistakes made by Australian shipment side (not loading some of my items into ship cargo) , you and your team have assisted me promptly to resolve this issue especially insurance claim. We have been serviced by Paramount Express SB for many years now. The company has been good and prompt in getting cargoes & container clear either import or export.

Abide, there are many hassles in the shipping documents handlings, the company has been in this business long enough and provided auxiliary services in assisting in many of these never-ending requirements.

The boss is good and giving many advices as well sharing unfamiliar industry jargons for our understandidng, since we are new to this business areana, event to this day where operation and demands are upping on the days’ needs.

Best of all, the boss has present me a gift – The Container Lock!! Then Of-course, also many sharing of the actual industry happenings through these whiles.
