Extremely disappointed with the service. When I returned my items, I clearly asked the staff if both barcodes needed to be scanned. The staff carelessly said it wasn’t necessary because “the codes are the same.” Now I’m facing issues getting my refund even though the items were already delivered to the seller.

I’ve gone back to the branch twice to seek help, but still received no proper assistance. Instead, I was told to contact the seller and raise a dispute form—wasting even more of my time for a mistake that was clearly made by your team.

When I explained to the staff that the seller is now only offering me a coupon instead of a refund—because Pos Laju failed to scan the barcode—they simply told me to “just accept it.” Honestly, if they were in my position, would they accept this? That response was beyond unprofessional, as if I should be grateful to get anything at all.

This is completely unacceptable. Please train your staff to be responsible and accountable. Their negligence is directly impacting your customers, and it needs to be addressed seriously.

Funny how the tracking website showed “Delivery attempted” But premises is closed. So the parcel is back in Pos Laju Ampang. But excuse me, the delivery premise is open everyday from Monday - Saturday, how come its written there delivery attempted but premise closed. I bet the delivery staff did not even attempt to deliver my parcel and just drop it at pos laju for self collection. Very poor customer service at this branch as i have called 10+times to both the phone numbers and no one seems to have time to pick up my call. Also, when i just went there at 5pm ish to collect my parcel, they told me it is closed. And I will have to wait until next week for parcel collection. I mean... c’mon you guys can do better right Disappointed.

There are 2 places around shemlin mall. Make sure you’re going to the right one in first place. Good place. Helpful staff. Lady staff at parcel collection counter is a bit of attitude (I found out or to me). Need more training though 🙂 (writing all in positive manner) . Parking is difficult to find

取邮件还是挺快的。虽然电话不接但你到了哪里他们还是有礼貌的。还有很多人问星期日有开吗?这个问题。差不多一堆热心的人回答*没有* 无论是poslaju 前面或者poslaju 网页都显示有开。有!有!有!

Today( 22/10/24) I went to post a parcel flying to Kuching and I’m so happy and amazed to the good service of these two staffs from this courier they are very helpful and kind unfortunately I did not have chance to ask their names. Thank you very much for your awesome service keep it up 👌✨💖

I am rating based on what I see here and not the services so far.Clean big & spacious place.Maybe this is Saturday so not that much people coming here.Will ask google to remove the previous location that make me lost.This is the correct location for Poslaju Ampang Jalan Shamelin.

1st time my parcel failed to delivery due to "missing delivery card"
the second time seller resend again, status show "arrived at pos laju ampang" then when I go Pos Laju ampang, the staff told me the parcel had been returned 🙄🙄🙄totally waste my time.
tak blh nama "pos laju" , tukar nama "pos lambat" lahhhh
