The most rudest poslaju service I have ever encountered from a fat and forlorn-look female malay employee. I was told to take number for drop of parcel of return refund but never did I got told by other branches to get number for drop off, which is why I didn’t. I am okay to take the queue number but the way the female Malay employee instructed me is not in a well mannered tone. Won’t ever patronise this pos office.

the counter said i cannot pay via online because they have done their settlement. the closing hour is 5.30pm. and why they do the settlement before closing hours? highly unacceptable.
