Collect, Arrange & DeliverMakin Hari Makin Laju

Employee service attitude very good, queue also fast, don't forget to put parking ticket because it's opposite to the city hall, I was fined immediately 😂 This is a larger post office, if you want to collect first day cover, come here to get stamped, otherwise only choose Ipoh gpo, teluk intan, batu gajah, small post office doesn't have a stamp.

员工服务态度很好，排队也快，要记得放parking ticket因为对面就是市议会，一下子就被抄牌了😂 这里算是比较大的邮局，如果有收集首日封fdc可以过来这里盖章，要不然只能选择Ipoh gpo，teluk intan，batu gajah 等，小邮局是没有印章的。

To be honest, I hate coming here for all my post errands, especially after POS Laju Tapah is closed permanently at the other location and moved to here. Most of the staff here are lack of knowledge, inexperienced and don't know what they are doing. Furthermore, they have attitude problem and bad manner, like they didn't want to be there.

Bought FDC and i did ask the indian staff about the first day chop before purchasing, she told me not sure wether the first day chop is still available, but after i paid for my FDC and stamps then only she said the first day shop already sent to GPO Ipoh and tell me to go there to get the chop. I also ask her about how long they will keep the chop at GPO Ipoh, she said will kept there permanently, but when i go to GPO Ipoh, the staff told me the chop already sent back to KL PO, feel like being cheated by the staff from Tapah PO.
