How to make 0 rate, pengalaman yang teruk. Kenapa lah seller guna courier ini. Nak salahkan guna perkhidmatan syarikat ini atau nak marah syarikat ini? Berada di subang hq dari hari sabtu, hari isnin kata da keluar hantar destinasi, hari khamis minggu yang sama masih tiada apa apa.

Rasanya tempat ni dah tutup. Call memang takkan berangkat. Pada masa buat review ni fb page diorang pun dah berkurun tak reply. jadi kalau expect terima barang on time dari sini or nak call customer service tu, jangan berharap lah..

The worse delivery service in town, item reach to its destination subang(HQ) on the 29th July and was suppose to get my product delivered on the 2nd august and when i contacted the company they said will receive on the 2nd august because it was send to 3rd party in puchong for delivery , waited till evening called again they said next day confirm delivery which is on the 3rd august i said okay!!. Called them again today 3rd August since they said it was at puchong, they will make sure i receive my product by TODAY!! which i never received because.... I am not sure how or why my product endedup in Klang, when I am staying in Sg Besi KL ? Seriously, what is this company even doing? Not organise at all, cmon la, Kl region you send over to Klang for what Simply just to delay my product to be delivered, whereby from subang you could already send it over to me 😡😡😡😡Now they tell me will top priorties and bla bla bla for my product and will deliver tomorrow 4th august which i dont even think i will receive. To the boss or manager of this company, Kindly close down your company, if you dont even know the region of KL / Klang and also dont know how to run the company in a proper way. I have said enough.

Tracking stated that out of delivery from 30th July but till today haven't receive. When called the office, they said rider on the way...till 2 days still ON THE WAY!...very bad service
When checked tracking again, it said UNDELIVERED. NO ONE AT HOME! With this pandemic, where can we go All of us WFH and can't go anywhere.

Full of lies and lousiest logistic companies i have ever come across.

i am not against this company. but, as a courier service company, this is my review :
#1. not traceable. wallah
#2. uncontactable. holaaa
#3. do they exist? like really? is this company even exist? ugh

i do not wanna make this review. but hey. hey, do something. you can get better. yes, u can improvise. and this is beneficial for you.

The worst service ever I seen... my parcel was reached on 13dec, but untill today 16th never received. The reasons giving me just collect and already pass to branch and bla bla... giving so many not but all is nonsense and not responsibility at all. Don't ever recommend to any of supplier or customers. Lot of lies
