READ THIS:

So for future movers who are looking to move, do not use this company, the majority of the reviewers are those who work in the company, are paid to do so, or are their friends (AKA IT IS A SCAM).

How they operate is that they will avoid giving you quotation until they have collected your items, which they will then charge you an extortionate amount to get back if you cancel, under the guise of *deposits and charges*, without providing you proper documentation (unless if you sue I suppose)

As a person who unfortunately fell for this a while ago, I leave this review so that future movers do not fall for this ever again, please do not use reviews as a benchmark for forwarding companies, as they are not a good indicator of great service unfortunately, since a lot of companies falsify them as shown in the pictures attached.

Overall, if you think you did your research, do it again. don't end up like me.

Bonus note:
-if lets say you want to move several items within 80-100kg range, your price will look between 1500-3000 at most, depending on air or sea travel, as checked with other forwarding companies when I looked for alternatives afterwards.

- quotations are given before, not after receiving the items, don't believe those who say "we can only give prices after weighing", weigh it yourself through researching the item's weight, and let them know through text + photos

- a few items at most will be 3k assuming air travel, 1k+ if sea travel, not 6K

TLDR, don't use this company

While the person I was speaking to was very nice initially, I've been going back and forth requesting quotation for weeks before the time of move, despite the fact that they asked for my pictures and said it would be enough.

During the day itself, not only were they unable to arrive, they also avoided contact the whole day, wasting over 3 weeks of my time planning for nothing.

Admittedly, I chose this company because my friend helped me google for it and I took his word for it (big mistake I know). And seeing how there are other reviews who say the same thing, it seems that this company isn't worth the time and effort, should've done my research, oh well........

I had to move under pretty urgent conditions and this company was the only one that was responsive during peak months. The person I was talking to was extremely transparent in explaining their process, overall good experience!!

The team very helpful and punctual on both days of our move to a new house. They work fast and efficiently with all packed securely and nicely.

They reassembled our furniture , etc quite fast too.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
